As a Senior Manager - Payroll, you will lead the delivery of payroll services and transformation projects for clients, including payroll migrations, system implementations, compliance reviews, and managed services. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will specialize in providing strategic consulting services to help organizations optimize their workforce and talent management strategies. You will work closely with clients to analyze workforce trends, develop workforce planning strategies, and design talent acquisition, development, and retention programs to align with business objectives and drive organizational success. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and experience to lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a strategic level to drive project success. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment and developing highperforming, diverse, and inclusive teams. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will oversee complex payroll engagements, manage senior client relationships, and provide payroll subject matter leadership, driving quality, governance, risk management, and process improvement across delivery teams.
