Job Description: We Are Hiring Payroll Executive In Mumbai. Job Title: Payroll Executive Location: [Mumbai] Department: Human Resources / Finance Reports To: Payroll Manager / HR Manager Key Responsibilities: Process and manage end-to-end monthly payroll for all employees Ensure accurate salary computation, deductions, reimbursements, and bonuses Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data integrity Handle statutory compliance such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other tax filings Coordinate with HR and Finance for payroll inputs and reports Address employee queries related to salary, taxes, and deductions Reconcile payroll data and generate monthly payroll reports Keep up to date with changes in labor laws and payroll regulations Assist in internal and external audits related to payroll Generate Form 16 and other annual payroll documentation Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, HR, or related field 2+ years of experience in payroll processing Proficient in payroll software (e.g., SAP, ADP, Zoho Payroll, etc.) Strong understanding of payroll and labor laws Excellent MS Excel skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Good communication and problem-solving skills Ability to maintain confidentiality .
