Global Sales Incentive experience will be an added advantage.) Candidate Profile - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline. - 715 years of experience in Payroll Processing and Payroll Accounting for the relevant geography. - Mandatory: In-house (corporate) payroll experience. - Valuable exposure to Payroll Accounting, General Ledger (GL), Reconciliations, and Month-end Payroll Closing. - Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, statutory compliance, and payroll taxation. - Experience working with large multinational organizations is preferred.
