Snowflake is looking for an experienced Lead, Payroll Operations to be an integral part of the payroll operation supporting the APAC region. This position will be based in Pune, India. You are a versatile, motivated, creative, intellectually curious, analytical collaborator and a strong communicator. Reporting into the Payroll Manager, your role is a hybrid of direct operational execution and supervisory oversight to ensure the smooth delivery of day-to-day operations. This role will be individual contributor, while you will not have direct reports, you will be responsible for the supervisory health of the broader APAC payroll landscape, driving process standardization and automation to ensure all regional operations remain smooth, scalable, and compliant. Responsibilities Payroll Processing & Execution - Direct Processing: Ensure accurate and on-time end-to-end payroll processing for assigned payrolls within the APAC region. - Input Management & Technical Review: Accurately capture all inputs to be provided to payroll vendors in a timely manner. Perform thorough payroll analysis, including total gross to net payment reconciliations and comparison to prior periods - Compliance: Ensure adherence to all applicable payroll law .
