Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Technical Support Specialist-Router Support located in Panchkula. The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to routers. They will also provide technical communication, and create technical documentation. * Shift Timings(US) - 8:00 pm - 5:30 am (Only Night Shifts) * Five Days Working - Monday to Friday * Week Off - Saturday & Sunday * Immediate Joining What specifically are we looking for An excellent Support technician must have good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution. They must also be customer-oriented and patient to deal with difficult customers.
