What you will be expected to do Own the design, maintenance, and continuous improvement of incentive calculation pipelines, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all agent incentive outputs. Lead the end-to-end automation of the incentive pipeline. Automate every incentive process to make it event based and not schedule based. Translate business incentive rules and policy changes into automated, auditable data workflows in collaboration with the Data Engineering team. Build and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to proactively detect anomalies in commission outputs before they impact agents. Implement rigorous quality assurance frameworks and reconciliation dashboards to ensure 100% accuracy and auditability for every dollar disbursed. Architect the system to handle multi-line-of-business (Phones, Inverters, LPG) and multi-country complexities without increasing manual overhead.
