Job Role Description We are seeking a talented Data Platform & Integration Engineer with 57 years of experience in Data Engineering, BI, ETL, and enterprise data integration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in technologies such as SAP BOBI, SAP BODS, SAP SLT, Qlik Replicate, and/or Azure Data Factory (ADF)/OPDG , with a strong understanding of SAP ecosystems, cloud platforms, and modern data architectures. This role is responsible for designing, developing, administering, and optimizing data integration solutions, ETL pipelines, data replication frameworks, and reporting platforms. The candidate will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-performing data solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for success in this role. Job Role Responsibilities Design, develop, administer, and support enterprise data platforms, ETL processes, and integration solutions. Build, monitor, and optimize data pipelines, replication processes, and reporting environments. Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into scalable and efficient technical solutions. Ensure data quality, integrity, security, and availability across multiple systems and platforms. Troubleshoot performance issues and drive continuous improvements in data processing and integration frameworks. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and support teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Support platform upgrades, migrations, documentation, and operational excellence initiatives. Skills & Qualifications 57 years of experience in BI, Data Engineering, ETL, Data Integration, or related domains. Strong expertise in one or more of the following technologies: SAP BOBI (WEBI, Crystal Reports, Lumira, Analysis for Office) SAP BODS (ETL development, administration, SAP HANA/BW integration) SAP SLT (configuration, replication monitoring, validation, reconciliation) Qlik Replicate (setup, administration, CDC, troubleshooting) Azure Data Factory (ADF) / OPDG (development, administration, orchestration) Strong understanding of ETL frameworks, data warehousing, SQL, and enterprise data integration patterns. Experience with SAP HANA, SAP BW, relational databases, and cloud-based data platforms. Exposure to Azure and/or AWS services including EC2, EMR, RDS, and Redshift is preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related discipline. Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is a hands-on Data Engineering or BI professional with experience delivering scalable data integration and analytics solutions in enterprise environments. They possess strong expertise in SAP and/or cloud-based data platforms, have a solid understanding of ETL and data replication technologies, and can effectively partner with business and technical teams. The successful candidate will: Demonstrate strong technical depth in SAP BOBI, SAP BODS, SAP SLT, Qlik Replicate, or ADF/OPDG.
