Role Description The US IT Bench Sales Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Jainagar. This role is responsible for marketing bench consultants to direct clients, Tier 1 vendors, and implementation partners across the US IT market. Day-to-day activities include identifying suitable job requirements, matching them with available consultants, submitting profiles, and following up proactively to secure interview and placement opportunities. The recruiter will build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors, negotiate rates and terms, and ensure timely documentation and onboarding. The role also involves updating internal tracking systems, coordinating with internal teams on consultant status, and staying current with US IT recruiting trends and visa/work authorization norms. Qualifications Strong US IT recruitment and bench sales skills, including experience working with US clients, vendors, and implementation partners.Ability to identify suitable requirements from job portals, networking platforms, and vendor lists, and effectively match them with available consultants.Proficiency in relationship-building, account management, and negotiation, with a focus on long-term business partnerships.Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to present consultant profiles clearly and professionally.Familiarity with US IT market practices, including common technologies, rate structures, and visa/work authorization categories (e.g., H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC).Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple requirements, consultants, and follow-ups simultaneously.Comfort using recruitment and CRM tools, job portals, and MS Office or similar productivity software.Bachelors degree in any discipline; additional training or certification in recruitment, HR, or IT staffing is a plus.Prior experience in US IT Bench Sales or US IT staffing is highly preferred. .
