Application Support Analyst NPA/Treasury, CCIL & EOD Experience: 38 Years About the Role We're looking for an Application Support Analyst to support critical banking applications across NPA, Treasury, CCIL, and EOD operations. You'll play an important role in keeping business-critical applications stable, resolving production issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day banking operations. Key Responsibilities Provide L2 application and production support for NPA, Treasury, CCIL, and EOD applications. Monitor applications and resolve incidents within defined timelines. Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate with development and infrastructure teams. Support EOD processes and ensure smooth completion of daily banking operations. Perform root cause analysis and document recurring issues and resolutions. Requirements Must-Have 38 years of experience in Application/Production Support. Hands-on experience with Treasury, CCIL, or NPA banking applications. Experience supporting EOD processes and critical banking applications. Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills. Experience in L2 Application Support. Compensation: 331,773.32 - 1,334,138.74 per year Work Location: In person .
