Remote Governance, Risk and Compliance Analyst Senior

Cone Health is seeking a Governance, Risk and Compliance Analyst Senior who will lead the execution and reporting of outcomes from Third Party Risk Assessments and manage compliance audits. The role involves maintaining security standards, managing risk assessments, and collaborating with legal and compliance teams to ensure regulatory alignment.ResponsibilitiesLead the execution and reporting of outcomes derived from Third Party Risk AssessmentsManage the completion of risk and vulnerability assessments, validation testing, compliance reviews, and audits in accordance with NIST and HITRUST standardsManage and monitor a central repository for all security risks and audit evidenceMaintain security standards, policies, and practices on an annual basis to make sure they meet organizational and regulatory requirementsManage a security awareness training program in order to educate associates about security compliance standards, risk management practices, and ethical behaviorCollaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure policies and security controls align with regulatory requirementsConduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of security controls and identify areas for improvementPerforms other duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience7 years of relevant experienceCertified Information Security Manager (CISM) certificationCompany OverviewCone Health is a not-for-profit network of health care providers serving people in Guilford, Forsyth, Rockingham and surrounding counties.
