Maintenance: Routine patching, system updates, and upgrades. Identity: Full management of Windows Active Directory and GPOs. Virtualization Basic VMware administration and foundational networking. DCDR Operations: Hands-on participation in Data Center (DC) and Disaster Recovery (DR) drill activities. Ops & Tools: Server monitoring ,ticketing systems. Troubleshooting: Advanced, cross-platform diagnostic skills for both Linux and Windows environments.
