FX Trade Support / Middle Office / Reconciliation/Bangalore

Hiring: FX Trade Support Analyst Location: Bangalore Experience: 34 Years Shift: 1:30 PM 10:30 PM Work Mode: Full-time Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Key Responsibilities Reconcile traders risk products and positions against firm books and records, and investigate and resolve breaks.Perform upstream and downstream system reconciliations to ensure complete trade flows.Monitor system error queues and investigate/resolve exceptions to ensure smooth downstream trade processing.Prepare funding balances for trading desks and perform post-funding validation.Perform FX vs. IRS reconciliation and Front Office vs. Back Office (FOBO) reconciliation.Handle LCH Forex Clear Fixing reconciliation.Monitor trade exceptions for the FX Options desk.Prepare and distribute exception reports highlighting issues requiring action.Process requests from Internal Trade Support teams to update internal mainframe systems.Identify process gaps, risks, and errors and proactively escalate issues to the appropriate stakeholders. Essential Skills 34 years of experience in FX, Foreign Exchange, Middle Office, Trade Support, or Reconciliation.Strong understanding of trade lifecycle and reconciliation processes.Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Good to Have Knowledge of FX products, FX Options, IRS, LCH clearing, and funding processes.Experience in FOBO reconciliation and trade exception management.Understanding of upstream/downstream system flows.Experience working with internal trade support or middle-office teams.
