Job Summary: Consultant-Oracle specializing in HCM - Oracle Fusion Cloud - Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) (Functional) and HCM - Oracle Fusion Cloud - Absence Management (Functional), responsible for delivering functional consulting, solution configuration, and production support for Oracle Fusion HCM Time and Absence modules for clients in the United Kingdom. Candidate must have relevant experience of 3 to 6 Years. Key Responsibilities Provide functional consulting for HCM - Oracle Fusion Cloud - Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) (Functional) and HCM - Oracle Fusion Cloud - Absence Management (Functional). Gather and analyze business requirements related to Time and Labor and Absence Management and translate them into Oracle Fusion HCM solutions. Configure, test, and deploy Oracle Fusion OTL and Absence Management functionalities in line with client requirements and best practices. Support end-to-end implementation cycles, including requirement workshops, solution design, configuration, testing, user training, and post-go-live support for OTL and Absence modules. Collaborate with technical teams to support integrations, reports, and extensions related to Time and Absence. Troubleshoot functional issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions for incidents and service requests. Prepare and maintain functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scenarios, and user guides for OTL and Absence Management. Advise stakeholders on Oracle Fusion HCM best practices, current features, and release impacts for Time and Absence. Work closely with client business users in the United Kingdom to ensure solutions are aligned with local policies and regulatory requirements where applicable. .
