Overview Conexess Group is aiding a client seeking an experienced Netskope Deployment Engineer to lead the deployment, configuration, and optimization of the Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) Next 360 Enterprise modules within the Netskope platform. This role will focus on implementing secure access controls for users, devices, and applications, aligning with the organization's Zero Trust strategy. This is a long-term opportunity with a competitive compensation package. Responsibilities Deployment & Configuration Plan, install, and configure Netskope ZTNA modules in alignment with the organization's security architecture. Integrate Netskope ZTNA with existing identity providers (IdPs), single sign-on (SSO), and multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions. Implement granular access policies for internal/private applications. Configure device posture checks, application segmentation, and traffic steering. Technical Execution Migrate or onboard users and applications into the ZTNA framework with minimal business disruption. Validate policy enforcement, session handling, and secure application access workflows. Configure and troubleshoot Netskope Client/Agent installations across different OS platforms. Integration & Optimization Work with networking and security teams to ensure ZTNA policies integrate with firewalls, VPN replacement strategies, and cloud security controls. Fine-tune rules and performance settings to optimize user experience while maintaining security posture. Testing & Validation Conduct functional testing, failover testing, and performance benchmarking of ZTNA implementations. Validate logging, alerting, and reporting functionality for compliance and monitoring. Documentation & Handover Create technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge transfer materials for operations teams. Provide post-deployment support and troubleshooting for a defined stabilization period. Qualifications One of the following certifications is required: Netskope Certified Cloud Security Architect (NCCSA), Netskope Administrator, Netskope One Administrator 5+ years of experience in security engineering or network engineering roles. 3+ year of hands-on experience deploying or managing Netskope Security Cloud solutions, with emphasis on ZTNA modules (SSE/SASE, CASB, SWG, etc). Strong understanding of Zero Trust architecture principles. Solid networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, routing, VPN, proxies, firewalls. Familiarity with SAML, OIDC, MFA, and IdP integration (Okta, Azure AD, Ping, etc.). Experience with endpoint security and agent-based deployment. Nice to Have Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work under tight timelines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
