Hands-on experience with Oracle Permitting and Licensing modules. Strong expertise in designing and developing integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Experience building end-to-end permit and licensing business workflows using Oracle Process Automation (OPA)/OIC Designed and implemented workflows covering the complete permit lifecycle, including application submission, reviews, inspections, approvals, fee assessment, and permit issuance in OIC/OPA Expertise in designing and configuring Decision Models within OPA for fee calculation, business rules and process automation. Strong understanding of Oracle permitting, and licensing business processes. Effective communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. .
