Oracle EBS HRMS/HCM Technical Consultant Location: 100% Remote (India only) Experience: 8+ Years Job Summary We are hiring an experienced Oracle EBS HRMS/HCM Technical Consultant for a 100% remote role in India. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Oracle HRMS/HCM technical development, support, and integrations. This role involves working closely with clients and business teams to deliver and support HRMS/HCM solutions. Key Skills Oracle EBS HRMS/HCM (Core HR, Payroll, OTL, SSHR) Strong PL/SQL development Oracle Forms & Reports XML / BI Publisher reports Interfaces, APIs & Integrations Production support & issue resolution Oracle Fusion HCM, HDL, Fast Formulas, and HCM Extracts is preferred. Responsibilities Develop and support Oracle EBS HRMS/HCM technical components Work on RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) Handle enhancements, data migration & integrations Develop PL/SQL packages and perform tuning Support UAT, deployment and production issues Work with functional and business teams Requirements 10+ years Oracle EBS HRMS/HCM technical experience Strong technical + production support background Good communication skills (client-facing role) Ability to work independently in remote setup .
