Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Consultant / Business Analyst Location: Hyderabad Hi Tech City Work Mode: 4 Days Work From Office Experience: 7+ Years Salary: Up to 20 LPA Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Consultant / Business Analyst with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financial modules and finance integrations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on implementation experience and excellent understanding of finance business processes. Required Skills - Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Financials - Expertise in GL, AP, and AR modules - Good exposure to FA and CM - Robust understanding of: - SLA - Journal Entries - Reconciliation - Period Close Processes - Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) from a functional perspective - Knowledge of: - REST/SOAP APIs - FBDI - XML - JSON - CSV - Understanding of Fusion reports and integrations - Experience collaborating with technical/integration teams - Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies Key Responsibilities - Gather and analyze finance business requirements - Work closely with Accounting, AP, AR, Treasury, and Tax teams - Support Oracle Fusion Financial integrations - Prepare BRD, FRD, and mapping documents - Support UAT, reconciliation, and period close activities - Coordinate with technical teams for integration solutions Preferred Experience - Banking, Tax, or third-party finance integration exposure - Experience in enterprise finance transformation projects Important Notes - Immediate joiners preferred - Excellent communication skills are mandatory - Candidates with more than 6 months career gap will not be considered - Only candidates with strong implementation experience will be shortlisted Interested candidates can apply with updated resume and current CTC details.
