Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant EPC Domain

Job Description We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant with 8+ years of Oracle ERP experience and strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials. Candidates with Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) domain experience are highly preferred. The consultant will be responsible for end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance implementation, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and client-facing activities. Key Responsibilities Lead business requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and functional workshops.Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Financials modules including:General Ledger (GL)Accounts Payable (AP)Accounts Receivable (AR)Fixed Assets (FA)Cash Management (CM)ExpensesAnalyze and support EPC-specific finance processes including project accounting, project billing, subcontractor billing, revenue recognition, retention accounting, cost allocation, and financial controls.Drive end-to-end implementation activities including CRP, SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and post-production support.Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, training materials, and business process documentation.Support period-end close, statutory reporting, reconciliations, audits, and financial reporting.Work closely with technical teams on integrations, reports, data migration, and extensions.Provide functional leadership and mentor junior consultants.Engage directly with client stakeholders, business users, and project teams in a client-facing onsite environment. Mandatory Requirements 8+ years of Oracle ERP experience.Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Financials.Strong expertise in multiple Oracle Finance modules, particularly GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and Expenses.Proven experience in end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance implementations.Strong client-facing, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently in an onsite/client-facing role.Experience with EPC business processes is highly preferred. Education & Certification BE / MBA / CA (Inter/Final) or equivalent academic qualification.Oracle Certification is an added advantage. .
