Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant Experience: 48 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant with 48 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, support, and enhancements. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge in one or more Oracle HCM Cloud modules and hands-on technical expertise in integrations, reporting, data migration, and configurations. The consultant will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support while working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams. Key Responsibilities Functional Responsibilities Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.Configure and support one or more Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including:PayrollTalent ManagementOracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)Compensation ManagementLearningConduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best-practice solutions.Prepare functional design documents and configuration workbooks.Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live activities.Work directly with clients and stakeholders to resolve business issues.Technical Responsibilities Develop and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).Create and maintain HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL data loads, and Fast Formulas.Develop OTBI and BI Publisher reports.Support data migration, conversions, and system enhancements.Troubleshoot functional and technical issues across Oracle HCM modules.Required Skills Functional Skills Experience in at least one or more Oracle HCM Cloud modules.Strong understanding of Oracle HCM business processes.Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and testing.Exposure to implementation, rollout, upgrade, or AMS engagements.Technical Skills HDL / HSDLHCM ExtractsOTBIBI PublisherFast FormulaSQL (preferred)Qualifications Oracle HCM Cloud Certification preferred.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Experience Experience in end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.Experience working with global customers.Exposure to Redwood UI and Oracle AI capabilities is an added advantage.Experience working in Agile delivery environments.Key Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Client-facing consulting experience.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Strong documentation and stakeholder management capabilities. .
