Oracle fusion cloud ppm consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM Consultant to join a global Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation program. This role will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Cloud solutions across multiple business units and geographies. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, finance teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable and efficient project management, project financial management, resource management, and portfolio management processes within Oracle Fusion Cloud. The consultant will play a key role in driving solution design, best practices, process improvement, and successful adoption of Oracle PPM capabilities . Key Responsibiliti es Lead functional workshops to gather and document business requirement s. Design and implement Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM solutions aligned with business objectives and industry best practice s. Configure and support key Oracle PPM Cloud modules, includin g: Project Financial Manageme nt Project Execution Manageme nt Resource Manageme nt Performance Manageme nt Portfolio Manageme nt Define end-to-end project lifecycle processes from project creation through execution, capitalization, billing, and financial reportin g. Collaborate with Finance, PMO, HR, Procurement, and IT teams to ensure integrated business processe s. Work closely with technical teams on inbound and outbound integrations between Oracle PPM and other Oracle Fusion modules or third-party application s. Support data migration activities, including mapping, validation, reconciliation, and data quality review s. Develop functional design documents, configuration workbooks, process flows, and training material s. Execute system testing activities, including SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolutio n. Provide guidance on Oracle Cloud best practices and recommend process improvement s. Support deployment activities, hypercare, and post-go-live optimizatio n. Assist with change management, user training, and knowledge transfer activitie s. Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycl e. Required Experie nce Minimum 5 years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM experien ce. Proven experience delivering at least 2 full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementatio ns. Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Project Portfolio Management Clo ud. Experience configuring and supporti ng: Project Cost ing Project Bill ing Project Contra cts Project Cont rol Project Resource Managem ent Project Performance Report ing Portfolio Managem ent Strong understanding of project accounting principles and project financial process es. Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional solutio ns. Experience supporting global or multi-country implementatio ns. Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skil ls. Ability to troubleshoot complex functional issues and identify practical solutio ns. Preferred Experi ence Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud modules such as: Financ ials Procure ment Human Capital Management ( HCM)Enterprise Performance Management ( EPM)Experience working with Oracle Cloud integrations us ing: Oracle Integration Cloud ( OIC)REST APIs FBD IHDLKnowledge of Agile and hybrid project delivery methodolog ies.
