We're building a full-service portal that organizes property-specific and person-specific communication channels, streamlines offer management, and integrates with leading real estate tools like Follow Up Boss, Dotloop, and Qualia. Our global team spans Israel, India, and the USA, working closely with real estate professionals to transform how deals get done. Role Overview We're seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Lead who will take full ownership of product excellence and technical validation. This role is critical to maintaining our high standards by ensuring every feature, integration, and workflow is rigorously tested before reaching our users. You will be the primary guardian of quality across our distributed development environment. Key Responsibilities #Testing & Validation Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web applications Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing Test complex workflows including offer management, document uploads, form auto-population, and multi-party communication flows Validate integrations with third-party platforms (Follow Up Boss, Dotloop, Qualia, etc.) Conduct cross-browser and responsive design testing Test API endpoints and data flow between systems using Postman or similar tools Quality Standards & Documentation Establish and maintain QA processes, standards, and best practices from the ground up Document bugs with detailed reproduction steps, screenshots, and severity classification Create and maintain testing documentation, matrices, and quality metrics Track defect lifecycle from identification through resolution and verification Develop automation strategies and implement automated test cases (Cypress, Selenium, etc.) Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Work closely with developers to understand technical implementations and identify edge cases Collaborate with product and design teams to ensure requirements are testable and complete Participate in sprint planning and provide technical testing estimates Advocate for quality throughout the development lifecycle to prevent regressions Provide feedback on user experience and suggest performance improvements Required Qualifications Experience 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance 3+ years working on web applications and SaaS platforms Proven track record of establishing QA processes and automation strategies Experience working with global, distributed engineering teams Technical Skills Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) Deep experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST clients) Proficiency with bug tracking systems (JIRA, Linear, etc.) Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, or similar) Solid understanding of databases and SQL for data validation Expert knowledge of browser developer tools and debugging techniques Soft Skills Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively across time zones with teams in Israel and India Self-motivated with the ability to lead the QA function independently Problem-solving mindset with a high bar for product excellence Preferred Qualifications Experience in real estate technology (PropTech) or fintech platforms Knowledge of document management and e-signature workflows Familiarity with CRM systems and real estate transaction tools Experience with performance, load, and security testing ISTQB or similar QA certification Background in transitioning teams from manual to automated testing What We Offer Opportunity to shape quality standards for an innovative real estate platform Work with a global, collaborative team across multiple continents Technical leadership role with direct influence on the engineering roadmap Direct impact on a product used by real estate professionals nationwide Flexible work environment supporting work-life balance Competitive compensation and growth opportunities Work Environment Fully remote position with flexibility across time zones Regular collaboration with teams in Israel, India, and USA Fast-paced startup environment with significant autonomy Opportunity to define the long-term quality vision for the company .
