Job Description Analyse data to identify trends and patterns for business insights.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports.Collaborate with teams to understand data requirements.Ensure data accuracy and troubleshoot discrepancies.Support decision-making by providing actionable insights.Optimise processes using data-driven strategies.Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.Stay updated on new tools and techniques in data analytics. The Successful Applicant We're looking for someone who has: 5-10 years' operating in a Data Management (Data mapping, data transformation, data migration) - preferably within an agency environment.Prior experience in consumer durables, FMCG, or manufacturing sectors preferred Proven experience building dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, etc.) and working with large data sets.Experience working with ERP & CRM systems such as SAP, Salesforce or similarKnowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channelsStrong command of SQL, Excel, and at least one scripting language (Python, R, etc.)Experience in managing and leading a team.Experience with forecasting, clustering, regression, or other advanced statistical techniques.Knowledge of data management best practices and regulatory requirements.
