Job Title FP&A Senior Manager, EMEA & APAC Job Description Summary Role Overview The FP&A Senior Manager FP&A Operations manages a team of FP&A supervisors, seniors and analysts supporting the country Finance team by delivering high-quality, standardised FP&A activities across planning, reporting, and analysis. Based in the FP&A Operations Hub, the role combines system-driven execution with an increasing focus on analytics, automation, and AI-enabled insight generation. It enables Finance Business Partners to focus on strategic decision-making by improving data quality, efficiency, and scalability. The role is critical to the transition toward a predictive, continuous, and insight-led FP&A function, with growing responsibility for leveraging and developing AI-enabled solutions, including agents. Job Description Organisation Embedded support to a country / cluster finance teamPart of the central FP&A Operations HubDual alignment: Country Finance (dotted line) and FP&A COE Director (reporting solid line)Close collaboration with Controllership, HR, Business Support, and Data/Tech teamsContributor to a standardised, technology- and AI-enabled finance modelKEY RESPONSIBILTIES MANAGING 16 20 FTE Operational Leadership & Execution Ensure smooth and efficient daily operationsMonitor and manage team performance, capacity, and quality of serviceEstablish and maintain strong governance, operational structure, and disciplineLead the seamless transition of responsibilities from onshore country teams or external providers to the FP&A operations team, ensuring expectations are clearly defined, realistic, measurable, and well-documentedOversee transitioned work to ensure timely delivery that meets or exceeds onshore expectations, with clear and well-maintained process documentationPeople Leadership & Team Effectiveness Drive performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiativesSupport organizational design, hiring, onboarding, and workforce planningFoster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvementRecruit, develop, and retain top talent, creating intentional growth and career opportunitiesStakeholder Management & Matrix Coordination Act as a key interface between team and country financePromote an environment focused on strong processes, high performance, and continuous improvementIdentify opportunities to deliver value-added insightsEnsure strong alignment and collaboration across the team and country financeOperational Excellence & Continuous Improvement Identify and drive process improvements, simplification, and standardization initiativesEnsure scalable, high-quality processesMonitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and effectivenessMANAGING TEAM RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS: Planning & Forecasting Support monthly forecasts, AOP, and budgeting cyclesPrepare, validate, and consolidate planning inputsTrack actuals vs. forecast/plan (incl. headcount and costs)Contribute to rolling forecast and continuous planning capabilitiesSystems & Data Management Execute system uploads and data preparation (e.g. OneStream, Workday)Extract and structure financial and operational dataEnsure accuracy through validation and reconciliationMaintain consistent data across finance systemsReporting & Analysis Deliver standardised reporting packs and dashboardsPerform variance analysis across revenue, cost, and marginSupport Power BI dashboards and visualisationEvolve reporting toward driver-based insights and performance analysisMonth-End Close Support Validate financial outputs during month-end closeSupport reconciliation between financial and management reportingEnsure alignment with Controllership processesAutomation, AI & Digital Enablement Identify and implement opportunities to streamline finance processesUse AI tools (e.g. Copilot) to improve productivity and output qualitySupport automation of reporting, forecasting, and reconciliation activitiesReduce manual effort through standardisation and digital solutionsAI & Agent Development (Future-State Capability) Build capability in applying AI within FP&ADevelop or support AI-powered agents to automate workflows (e.g. reporting, variance analysis, data validation)Leverage AI for predictive insights, anomaly detection, and automated commentaryCollaborate with data and technology teams to scale solutions across the organisationExperience & Qualifications Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fieldGraduate degree in Finance or other related field preferable8 - 15+ years experience in FP&A / finance operationsStrong Excel and financial systems experience (e.g. Workday, OneStream)Power BI capability desiredFamiliarity with AI tools; interest in automation, digital, and agent-based solutionsTeam and Stakeholder management experienceExperience in shared services / structured environments preferredKey Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to .
