Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Audit staff role based in Ahmedabad for Inter CA and B.Com candidates. The role involves assisting in statutory, internal, and tax audits, including planning, fieldwork, and documentation of audit procedures. Daily tasks include reviewing and verifying accounting records, analyzing financial statements, performing vouching and reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting and auditing standards. The staff member will prepare working papers, schedules, and basic reports, and coordinate with senior team members to resolve audit queries. The role also requires professional interaction with clients for data collection, clarifications, and timely completion of assignments, while adhering to firm policies and deadlines. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong analytical skills to review data, identify variances, and support audit conclusions.Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills for interacting with team members and clients, both verbally and in writing.Candidates should possess a solid understanding of finance and basic accounting principles relevant to audit and assurance work.Candidates should possess the ability to interpret and work with financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of auditing concepts, procedures, and documentation practices.Inter CA (IPCC/Intermediate cleared in part or full) or B.Com degree, with a focus on accounting or finance.Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software; familiarity with Indian accounting and tax regulations is beneficial.Strong attention to detail, integrity, willingness to learn, and ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines. .
