Industry: Food Industry only Location: Pune Job Description: Planning: Conduct business planning, forecasting, and analysis to assess revenue potential and identify business opportunities.Develop launch plans and growth strategies for each product and brand, defining market coverage, presence, and efficiency benchmarks.Engage in trade finalization, joint business planning, promotions, and SKU registration with key accounts.Establish and implement policies, systems, and processes to support sales and marketing initiatives.Operations Sales Responsibilities: Drive revenue generation across products and regions through effective management of Regional Managers and Marketing Managers.Ensure distributor activities meet quality standards and work with Area Sales Managers to ensure optimal performance.Monitor pricing structures, gross margins, and profitability to maintain financial health.Collaborate with Marketing Managers and Regional Managers to achieve top-line market share and meet revenue and brand objectives.Prepare comprehensive business plans encompassing design, structure, processes, operating plans, and financial models.Strategize and manage the sales process, including forecasting, pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability, market research, and brand strategy.Review distributor performance regularly, identify gaps, and develop action plans to address them.Conduct market research to gather insights for increased market share.Facilitate regular meetings with distributors and sales teams to discuss targets, product training, and sales strategies.Analyze marketing and sales reports and gather distributor feedback for further improvement.Coordinate and execute new product launches in collaboration with regional sales departments.Motivate and monitor sales representatives across different regions, branch offices, and distributors.Span of Control: Responsible for overseeing all India GT operations.Manages a team of direct and indirect reports, totalling 200+ employees. .
