Role: Sales Lead (FinTech & UPI) Experience: 12 to 18 years Job Location: Mumbai/Bangalore Position Overview: We are seeking a driven and market-savvy Sales Lead to expand Protectt.ais footprint across Indias rapidly evolving digital payments and financial technology ecosystem. This role requires a deep understanding of the FinTech landscape, including payment aggregators, payment gateways, UPI ecosystem participants, lending platforms, NBFCs, InsurTechs, WealthTechs, digital wallets, and emerging financial services innovators, along with the ability to align their security and compliance needs with Protectt.ais cybersecurity solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong industry relationships, an understanding of the regulatory and compliance setting governing digital payments and financial services, and the ability to engage senior business, technology, risk, and security stakeholders. This role demands a consultative sales approach focused on helping organizations strengthen mobile application security, prevent digital fraud, secure customer transactions, and enhance overall trust in their digital channels. As a key revenue owner, the Sales Lead will be responsible for driving new business acquisition, building a high-quality pipeline, managing complex sales cycles, and expanding Protectt.ais influence within the FinTech and UPI ecosystem. Success in this role requires a combination of strong market intelligence, relationship-building capabilities, solution-selling expertise, and a proven ability to achieve ambitious growth targets in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving industry. Key Responsibilities: Drive revenue growth and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets within the FinTech and UPI ecosystem. Identify, develop, and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including Founders, CXOs, Heads of Product, CTOs, CISOs, Risk Leaders, Fraud Teams, and Digital Business Leaders. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities across payment aggregators, payment gateways, UPI ecosystem participants, lending platforms, NBFCs, digital wallets, InsurTech, WealthTech, and other emerging FinTech organizations. Position Protectt.ai's Mobile App Security, Fraud Prevention, Transaction Security, and AI Security solutions by aligning them with customer business objectives, risk management priorities, and regulatory requirements. Lead the complete sales lifecycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution demonstrations, proposal development, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), commercial negotiations, and deal closures. Develop strategic account plans to drive customer acquisition, account expansion, and long-term business growth within the FinTech sector. Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to create industry-specific value propositions and successful customer outcomes. Leverage industry events, FinTech forums, payment ecosystem conferences, association networks, and partner channels to generate demand and strengthen Protectt.ai's market presence. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM hygiene, pipeline visibility, and business reporting to ensure predictable revenue performance. Monitor evolving market trends, competitive developments, emerging fraud patterns, digital payment innovations, and regulatory changes to identify new business opportunities and contribute to go-to-market strategy. Qualifications & Experience: 12-18 years of experience in FinTech sales, payments sales, cybersecurity sales, enterprise technology sales, SaaS sales, or digital transformation solution sales. Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets within the FinTech, payments, digital commerce, or financial services ecosystem. Good understanding of the digital payments' ecosystem, fraud prevention landscape, mobile application security challenges, and customer journey risks across mobile-first platforms. Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks applicable to digital payments and financial services, including RBI guidelines, digital payment security requirements, and industry best practices. Demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, solution evaluations, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), commercial negotiations, and contract closures. Ability to effectively engage and influence Founders, CXOs, CTOs, CISOs, Product Leaders, Risk Teams, Fraud Teams, and Business Heads. Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to articulate business value, risk mitigation, compliance benefits, and return on investment to both technical and non-technical audiences. .
