We are looking for a confident and professional Sales Manager Commercial Projects to handle the complete sales and business development activities for our upcoming commercial project. The role involves understanding market demand, providing inputs for commercial space planning, generating leads, handling client meetings and site visits, building client relationships, and converting enquiries into successful sales or leasing opportunities. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies for the commercial project. Understand market demand and provide inputs for suitable space planning and project positioning. Generate and manage leads through networking, references, digital platforms, and direct outreach. Handle client meetings, presentations, site visits, follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures. Build relationships with corporate clients, investors, business owners, and channel partners. Track market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and customer requirements. Maintain the sales pipeline and regularly report progress to management. Take ownership of the sales process from lead generation to final closure. Requirements 37 years of experience in commercial real estate sales, property sales, or business development. Excellent communication and client-handling skills. Confident and professional approach with strong presentation skills. Strong negotiation, networking, and follow-up abilities. Good understanding of commercial property requirements and market trends. Ability to independently manage clients and achieve sales targets. Experience in Ahmedabad's commercial real estate market will be an advantage.
