Role Description We are hiring a Outbound SDR / Appointment Setter to help book qualified meetings for the CEO. This is a remote role best suited for someone based in India who is strong at prospecting, lead research, personalized outreach, and follow-up. You will identify target companies, find the right finance/accounting decision-makers, reach out through email and Linked In, and schedule qualified meetings. Responsibilities: Research target accounts and identify relevant decision-makers in finance, accounting, and operations. Build and maintain lead lists using tools such as Apollo, Linked In Sales Navigator, and other prospecting platforms. Write and send personalized outbound emails and Linked In messages. Manage follow-up cadences across email and Linked In. Qualify prospects based on fit, pain points, and interest. Book qualified meetings for the CEO. Keep CRM/prospecting records accurate and up to date. Track outreach metrics such as sent emails, replies, positive responses, and meetings booked. Share feedback from prospects to improve messaging and targeting. Qualifications Prior experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, lead generation, or SDR/BDR work. Strong written English and clear communication skills. Experience using Apollo, Linked In Sales Navigator, CRM tools, or email outreach tools. Ability to research companies and personalize messages beyond generic templates. Comfortable working independently in a remote startup environment. Detail-oriented, organized, and consistent with follow-ups. Willing to work with some overlap with US business hours. Experience selling Saa S, fintech, accounting, finance, ERP, or AI products is a plus. .
