iSprout is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager to lead business development initiatives and drive revenue growth across its managed office space portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales within the managed office, coworking, commercial leasing, or commercial real estate sector, with the ability to develop strategic client relationships and consistently achieve business objectives The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales pipeline, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure an exceptional client acquisition and onboarding experience Job Responsibilities Sales Strategy and Business Development Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships. Develop targeted sales approaches for key market segments to maximize business growth. Evaluate market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage. Support the development and implementation of pricing strategies and commercial proposals. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management Generate, qualify, and manage a robust pipeline of prospective clients. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to effectively communicate the value proposition of iSprout's managed office solutions. Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close leasing and membership agreements. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Sales Operations and Performance Management Monitor sales performance against established targets and implement corrective actions where required. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analyses for senior management. Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date client records using CRM platforms and sales management tools. Ensure adherence to established sales processes and reporting standards. Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and organisational objectives. Establish clear performance expectations and provide regular coaching, guidance, and constructive feedback. Foster a collaborative, performance-driven, and customer-centric work environment. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with the Marketing team to align sales and lead generation initiatives. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate a seamless on boarding experience for new clients. Represent iSprout at industry events, networking forums, and business development initiatives to strengthen market presence and generate new business opportunities. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in managed office spaces, coworking, commercial leasing, or commercial real estate sales. Demonstrated success in business development, enterprise sales, and key account management. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that deliver measurable business results. Sound understanding of market dynamics, customer engagement, and commercial negotiations. Excellent leadership, organisational, and analytical capabilities. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
