We work across various industries, including sports, consumer, hospitality, luxury, F&B, real estate and D2C. Overview Location: Bengaluru|Type: Full-time, onsite|Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in an agency setup Read This First This is a sales job. The core of it is finding leads and getting meetings. Let us be very clear about what this role actually is, because a lot of people misread it. Your primary job is to go out, find potential clients who do not know us yet, start a conversation, and get a meeting on the calendar. This is outbound. Nobody is going to hand you warm leads. You create the pipeline. Closing matters too, and you will grow into it, but setting up quality meetings is the heartbeat of this role. If that is the part that excites you, you are already thinking like the person we want. The Role, Honestly You are the reason new business walks through our door. You will work closely with the founders and the Director of Growth. You find the leads, open the conversations, and set the meetings that turn into clients. You will represent Okay Done to people who are meeting us for the first time, so a lot rides on how you come across. We would love for you to already know how an agency sells. If you do not have that background yet but you have the instinct and the hunger, that is workable. We are happy to bring you up to speed on the things that can be taught. What we are really looking for is someone who knows how to sell and genuinely enjoys the chase. What You Will Actually Do Find leads. Prospect actively across channels. You go and build pipeline from scratch, every week. Open conversations. Cold or warm, in writing or on a call, you get people talking and keep them engaged. Set meetings. This is the number you live by. Quality meetings with the right people, consistently. Sell a marketing agency's work. Talk credibly about social media, content, and campaigns. You should understand how these actually work, well enough that a prospect trusts you. Support the close. Stay in the deal alongside the founders, follow up relentlessly, and help move it to signed. Set up the system. We do not have a CRM or pipeline tool yet. If we need one, you help put it in place and run it properly. Who You Are You know how to sell. This is the one thing that matters most. You can find people, get their attention, and move them toward a meeting. You understand how social media works. Enough to speak about it credibly to a client and explain why it matters. You are selling it, so you need to get it. You speak exceptionally well. Clear, confident, persuasive. People listen when you talk. You write exceptionally well. Your cold messages get replies. Your follow-ups do not sound like everyone else's. You are impeccably presentable. You dress sharp, carry yourself well, and understand that in this role, you are the brand walking into the room. You bring a network, or you know how to build one fast. Existing contacts and relationships in the industry are a real advantage here, and we value them highly. You are relentless on follow-up. Nothing you touch falls through the cracks. You are not a pushover. You hold your ground with clients, vendors, and the founders. Politely, firmly, every time. About Experience Ideally you have at least one year in a marketing or creative agency, and you already know the rhythm of agency sales. That said, the door is not shut if you do not. If you are missing the agency background but you can sell and you are willing to learn the rest, show us that in your answers. Do your homework on us first. Start with okaydone.in, understand what we do, and answer as if you already know how we win business. Honestly, that impresses us more than a resume that ticks every box. What You Get Base salary, plus commission if you want it. This is up to you. You can take a strong base, or a base plus commission on what you bring in. How that split looks depends on how well you negotiate it. Consider it your first live test. Direct access to the founders and the Director of Growth. Growth, negotiation, and operations, learned from people doing it. Real ownership from day one. You own the pipeline. Your numbers are visible, in the best way. A role that builds you into an operator. People who do this well do not stay in this seat. They grow into sales leads and business owners. .

In your interview, expect this question: 'Tell us about a time you measured the success of a campaign.' Marketing hiring managers ask this because they want proof you think in metrics, not hunches. Come with a real example—conversions, clicks, revenue, engagement rate, cost per acquisition—pick the metric that mattered most. Show you track what you do.
