Job Description Sales & Marketing Manager Experience: 10+ years in IT Sales & Marketing, preferably with strong experience in IT Services. Location: Mohali | Full-Time | Onsite About the Role We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to drive business growth, generate new clients, manage key accounts, and lead the sales and marketing function for our IT services. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in B2B/Direct Sales, international client acquisition, IT services, team management, and sales strategy. Key Responsibilities Drive end-to-end sales for IT services and achieve revenue targets.Generate and convert leads through direct outreach, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, email marketing, and online bidding platforms.Identify and acquire new international B2B clients.Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.Sell Web, Mobile, SaaS, AI/ML, Blockchain, Cloud, and other IT services.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and decision-makers.Develop and execute sales, marketing, and go-to-market strategies.Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales/business development team.Monitor sales pipelines, revenue forecasts, targets, and team performance.Work closely with Pre-Sales, Marketing, Development, and Delivery teams.Conduct market research and analyze competitors to identify new business opportunities.Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and commercial negotiations.Required Skills Strong experience in IT Services Sales & Direct B2B Sales.Proven experience in international sales, particularly US/UK/European markets.Strong knowledge of Web & Mobile Development, SaaS, AI/ML, Blockchain, IoT, Cloud, etc.Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, email marketing, cold outreach, online bidding, and lead generation.Strong negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.Excellent team leadership and revenue management skills.Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle.Strong understanding of CRM and sales pipeline management.Preferred Experience handling IT Services/Software Development companies.Existing network of international clients and decision-makers.Experience managing and scaling a sales team.MBA in Marketing/IT or a relevant qualification is an advantage. .
