About the role: We are looking for an ERPNext Lead to take end-to-end ownership of the platform. You will manage a team of Product Managers and external developers while partnering closely with department heads across the organization. You will also lead AI & Automation initiatives to automate manual processes, and improve operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Product Ownership Own the ERPNext product roadmap: prioritise features, manage the backlog, and align development efforts with business needs across Sales, Manufacturing, Purchase, and Finance. - Process Improvement Lead end-to-end projects; for instance, redesigning our Order Booking process to accept delivery schedules and blanket orders, enabling timely capacity booking and work order issuance. - Team Leadership Lead a team of Product Managers and external developers, setting deliverables and tracking progress. - Stakeholder Management Partner with department heads and senior leadership to surface pain points, communicate progress, and translate business requirements into clear product decisions. - Data Governance Ensure master data integrity, process compliance, and system health across the platform. - Adoption & Training Drive ERPNext adoption across the organisation through structured onboarding, documentation, and training programmes. Required Skills & Experience: - ERP implementation experience Must have led at least one end-to-end ERP implementation, from requirements gathering and configuration through to go-live and post-launch stabilisation - Domain knowledge Deep conceptual knowledge of the core ERP modules relevant to a manufacturing business: Inventory Management, Purchase & Procurement, Manufacturing & Production Planning, Accounting & Finance, and Sales Order Management - ERPNext familiarity Hands-on experience with a open-source ERP platform (ERPNext preferred). Willingness to go deep on ERPNext is essential. - Technical fluency Ability to read and write basic technical specifications, work with external developers, and evaluate the quality of customisation work (without necessarily being a developer). - Attention to detail High concern for data quality, process consistency, and system reliability. - Self-starter Able to operate with ambiguity, set priorities independently, and take full ownership of outcomes. .
