As Product Management Professional within our Global Banking - Payments Sales Experience Product Team, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives, and ensuring their consistent accomplishment. Job Responsibilities Partner with Design, Product, Data, and Technology teams to identify and prioritize product opportunities leveraging agentic AI, advanced analytics, and automation. Plan for upstream and downstream implications of new features across the product experience, including data, compliance, and operational impacts. Support user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform an AI-enabled product roadmap and define value-driving features. Analyze and track product metrics (adoption, automation rates, cycle time, business impact) across the product lifecycle to drive continuous improvement. Write clear requirements, epics, and user stories, collaborating with engineering, data science, and design teams to ensure delivery and adoption. Champion responsible AI practices, including model governance, risk management, and user transparency, throughout the product lifecycle. Required qualifications, capabilities and skills Minimum 6 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area. Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, with hands-on experience in AI-driven, data-intensive products and/or complex integration environments. Experience across product lifecycle activities including discovery, requirements definition, and delivery of intelligent or automated features. Demonstrated ability to learn data analytics, agentic AI concepts, and data literacy to inform product decisions and measure impact. Strong collaboration skills with experience working across cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, UX, business). Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills Interest in growing and engaging in AI/ML product evolution. .
