Procure biomass raw materials at competitive prices and ensure continuous supply to the plant. Develop suppliers and aggregation networks across Madhya Pradesh and nearby states. Source materials such as: Mustard stalk / Sarso bhusa Soybean residue Sawdust / wood shavings Ply busa / plywood waste Paddy straw Cotton stalk Maize/corn residue Groundnut shell Bagasse Wood chips Other agricultural and industrial biomass waste Negotiate rates, quality, payment terms and supply schedules with suppliers. Identify new sourcing locations and seasonal procurement opportunities. Coordinate with transporters and ensure timely delivery to the plant. Monitor moisture, ash, contamination and other quality parameters. Maintain supplier database, daily procurement reports and price information. Build long-term relationships with reliable suppliers. Plan seasonal stock procurement to ensure availability during shortage periods. Regularly travel to markets, mills, factories, farms and supplier locations for sourcing. .
