The Functional Business Analyst will be a key member of the ERP transformation team, responsible for supporting business process design, system configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday business processes.ResponsibilitiesPartner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate functional requirementsFacilitate future-state workflow design sessions and business process discussionsSupport configuration workbook development and review activitiesReview integration requirements and assist in validation of integration design documentsGather and document reporting and analytics requirementsParticipate in data conversion planning, validation, and data readiness activitiesProvide recommendations regarding functional configuration decisions and best practicesAssist with change control and configuration change request (CCR) reviewsSupport risk, issue, assumption, and dependency (RAID) management activitiesDevelop end-to-end business process testing scenarios and test scriptsCoordinate testing activities across business users, functional teams, and technical teamsExecute system, integration, user acceptance, and regression testing activitiesIdentify, document, track, and assist in resolving testing defects and data issuesSupport testing cycles, retesting efforts, and defect triage sessionsParticipate in production rehearsal and environment validation activitiesReview training materials and provide feedback to ensure business process accuracySupport cutover planning and execution activitiesParticipate in mock cutover exercises and readiness assessmentsAssist with transactional catch-up and cutover (TCU) activitiesSupport resolution of data conversion and migration issuesContribute to operational readiness planning and go-live preparation effortsPartner with training and change management teams to support end-user readinessProvide functional support during go-live and hypercare periodsAssist end users with business process and system-related questionsAnalyze and troubleshoot functional issues and process break fixesCoordinate with technical teams to resolve integration-related issuesSupport operational issue resolution and continuous improvement effortsDocument lessons learned and process enhancements for future releasesSkillsExperience supporting ERP implementation projects through the full project lifecycle and strong knowledge of workday inventory module and configurationStrong experience gathering and documenting business requirementsExperience coordinating testing and managing defect resolutionExcellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skillsExperience with data conversion, reporting requirements, and business process documentationKnowledge of cutover planning, production support, and hypercare processesStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesWorkday CertificationHealthcare industry experienceExperience working with system integrators and cross-functional project teamsBenefitsThis is a 12 + month position that can be completed primarily remote, with some on-site travel to be requested for milestone / target dates.Company OverviewHealthcare IT Consulting and Workforce Solutions. #BeALeader It was founded in 2011, and is headquartered in Alpharetta, Georgia, USA, with a workforce of 501-1000 employees.
