Tech Lead, AI/ML (NLP & LLM Applications)

Key Skills: Gen AI, LLM, Machine Learning, Tensorflow, Pytorch Roles and Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end development of NLP and LLM-based features, from experimentation to production integration.Build and fine-tune transformer-based models for language understanding and generation use cases.Implement ML workflows in Python using PyTorch and/or TensorFlow, including model training and evaluation.Integrate Hugging Face models and tooling into application services and inference pipelines.Drive technical design decisions for scalable AI solutions, ensuring reliability and maintainability.Skills Required: 5 - 14 years of relevant experience in AI/ML, NLP, and LLM developmentMachine Learning and GenAI/LLM solution developmentPython for AI/ML development and model integrationTransformers-based NLP modeling and Hugging Face model usageProduction-oriented LLM/NLP implementation experienceGood to Have: PyTorchTensorFlowEducation: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) .
