Quote to cash

We are looking for a Quote to Cash (Q2C) professional to manage and optimize the end-to-end business process from customer quotation through order processing, billing, invoicing, and payment collection. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of sales, pricing, contracts, order management, invoicing, and accounts receivable processes. ## Key Responsibilities Manage and support the complete Quote to Cash (Q2C) lifecycle. Handle quotation creation, pricing, discounts, approvals, and contract processes. Manage customer orders, order validation, fulfillment, and invoicing. Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Customer Support teams. Identify and resolve issues related to pricing, orders, billing, and payments. Support Order-to-Cash (O2C) and revenue-related business processes. Analyze process gaps and recommend improvements to increase efficiency. Prepare process documentation, business requirements, and functional specifications. Support system enhancements, integrations, testing, and production deployments. Monitor key Q2C metrics and identify opportunities for automation. Assist with UAT, defect management, and root-cause analysis. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls. ## Required Skills Strong understanding of Quote to Cash / Order to Cash (Q2C/O2C) processes. Knowledge of CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and CRM processes. Experience with pricing, discounting, contracts, orders, billing, and invoicing. Understanding of Accounts Receivable and Revenue Management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in requirements gathering and business process mapping. Good knowledge of Excel and reporting/analysis. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. ## Preferred Skills Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce CRM, SAP, Oracle ERP, Oracle CPQ, Zuora, or similar Q2C platforms. Knowledge of subscription-based business models and recurring billing. Experience with process automation and system integrations. Knowledge of Revenue Recognition and financial controls. Experience working in Agile environments. .
