Job Title: Product Lead-- ONLY MUMBAI BASED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED Position Title : Product Lead FinTech Platforms & Solutions Location: Mumbai (Andheri East) Experience: 12+years Work Mode: Work from Office (Monday to Friday) Shift Timings : 12-9PM CTC 60-70LPA Client: Building a GEN AI Platform for automating the Middle office and back office operations Financial sector clients( Bank IB, PE HF etc ) Role Summary We are looking for a seasoned Product Lead to be part of a dynamic product team building Agentic AI solutions for the alternative asset management industry (Hedge Funds & Private Capital Funds). The ideal candidate to bring strong expertise in building financial technology products from scratch, combining deep business analysis capabilities with technical project leadership experience. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, technology teams, operations, and clients to drive product buildout . Key Responsibilities Core Business Analyst exp End to End creation of product lifecycle exp Financial services exp Hedge fund, Private equity, Assets management, Fund accounting, Trade reconciliation Contribute and execute the vision of product development for solutions catering to the Alternative Asset management ecosystem Define UI and Figma for the products Build and scale products from concept, design, implementation, and production rollout Work closely with engineering and architecture teams on technical solution design and system integrations Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications Drive implementation, testing, deployment, upgrade, and support cycles for enterprise applications Collaborate with stakeholders across fund administration, private equity, and hedge fund operations Ensure delivery of scalable, compliant, and high-performing financial technology solutions Be part of solutioning vision and engagement with clients Required Skills & Experience experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Financial Technology leadership roles Proven experience building FinTech products/platforms from scratch Experience and exposure in building AI-native products will be a plus Strong technical understanding of enterprise application architecture, integrations, and implementation frameworks Hands-on experience working in Business Analyst roles with expertise in requirement gathering and functional documentation Deep domain expertise in: Fund Accounting Private Equity Hedge Funds Experience with financial platforms such as Advent Geneva, Investran, Yardi, or similar systems is highly preferred Strong understanding of financial operations, workflows, and investment lifecycle processes Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities Preferred Qualifications Experience leading global product or implementation teams in financial Services Exposure to AI native / SaaS-based financial platforms and digital transformation initiatives Best Regards,product Bharat Singh 7676762770, Intelli Search Services Pvt Ltd, Bangalore - 560094 Email: dreamjobs@intellisearchonline.net .
