As a growing fashion business, we are looking for someone who can work at the intersection of finance, operations, e-commerce, inventory, and business decision-making. Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Business Operations & Finance Lead to take ownership of key financial and operational processes at SUBO. This role sits at the intersection of execution and decision-making. You will work closely with the founders and internal teams to maintain financial discipline, improve operational efficiency, monitor inventory, and build reports that help the business make better decisions. While we are happy to train the right candidate on the business operations side, a strong foundation in accounting and finance is essential for this position.
