Microsoft/Azure - AI Acceleration Lead Mission Make Tarento the obvious safe choice for AI-led enterprise transformation on the Microsoft stack (Azure + M365 + Power Platform) by anchoring pursuits and early value acceleration turning ambiguity into credible AI use-case wedges, crisp architecture, and fast POCs/pilots, while orchestrating depth from Delivery + Labs when needed. Interfaces Works with: Sales, CS, Delivery Architects, T-Labs experts. What Youll Do Lead innovation-led framing for Azure/AI pursuits: articulate the why now, the transformation wedge, and the business outcomes (not a cloud migration pitch). Identify and shape AI opportunity wedges: shortlist top use cases with value, feasibility, risk, and data readiness (Azure + M365 + Power Platform). Translate business architecture AI solution architecture: capability/value-stream thinking data, security, governance, and operating model implications. Own Microsoft AI reference patterns end-to-end: Copilot/M365 extensibility, Power Platform automation, Azure AI/RAG/agents, integration points. Anchor technical discovery for AI-lead Azure/MS opportunities: goals constraints architecture options. Shape and size POCs: scope, success criteria, build plan, and handover path to delivery. Orchestrate specialists: bring in T-Labs / Delivery depth for security, data, integration, platform specifics - without losing momentum. Maintain a reusable Microsoft AI EVA kit (patterns + narratives + decision trees + demos). Must-Have Capabilities Solid real-world Azure architecture experience (apps + data + identity basics). Can explain tradeoffs simply (build vs buy, platform choice, sequencing). Strong estimation instincts: effort bands, risks, and unknowns. Comfortable leading a customer technical room; calm, structured communicator. AI-native working style (uses copilots/LLMs to compress grunt work; validates outputs). Hands-on familiarity with M365/Copilot landscape and how organisations actually adopt it (governance, permissions, content boundaries, readiness). Strong working knowledge of Power Platform as an automation + workflow layer (what scales, what breaks, ALM/gov basics). Can design end-to-end AI solutions that connect: user surface (M365/PP) orchestration data security evaluation/monitoring. Strong enterprise storytelling: can translate Azure/AI complexity into an exec-ready storyline that lands with CIO/CTO/CFO audiences. Business architecture mindset thinks in capabilities, value streams, operating model impact, and governance - not just cloud components. Success in 90 Days Lead 3 customer pursuits to a clear solution direction (options + tradeoffs + risks + effort bands). Publish a reusable Azure + AI transformation storyline pack: why-now narratives, common patterns, reference diagrams, decision trees, and before/after visuals for exec conversations. Review and update 1 reusable reference pack: discovery checklist + reference architecture + estimation bands + risk catalogue + slide kit. Nice-to-Haves Power Platform experience (Dataverse, Power Apps/Automate) with pragmatic scaling awareness. AI patterns: RAG, evals, observability, prompt + data governance. Familiarity with security/compliance conversations (enough to be credible, not a specialist). Narrative discipline: produces structured option sets with explicit tradeoffs, assumptions, and decision points (no meandering). Narrative creativity: can make the why now memorable sharp analogies, crisp north star, compelling before/after framing. Non-Goals (Guardrails) Not a long-term delivery tech lead on projects. Slide person without technical grounding. Not a proposal-only role. Owns 01 acceleration; delivery owns 1n execution. .

WorkMundi's database shows 74,689 open sales positions globally. India leads with 17,483 jobs, followed by the US with 13,876. If you're open to geography, you have real options — but the sheer number means you need a filter. Don't apply to everything. Pick a country, a company size, and a sales model that matches what you actually want to do.
Almost 8 in 10 of these ads have their text written in English. That's useful for reading the job description and understanding what you're signing up for. But it tells you nothing about whether the role requires you to speak English with customers, partners, or your team. Ask the hiring manager directly during your first conversation.
The employers posting the most are boxlunch, SIMPLE RECRUIT, FlexBoard, and tmobile. If you see their name on a listing, you know they're actively hiring. That can work in your favor — high-volume recruiters often move faster. But volume also means competition. Your application needs to stand out.
Sales interviews almost always include a version of this: 'Tell me about a time you lost a deal. What did you learn?' Prepare a real story where you take ownership of what went wrong and what you'd do differently. Hiring managers want to see you learn, not just win.
