About the Role We are looking for a Technical Sales Lead who can be the bridge between our clients and our engineering team - handling client meetings, understanding requirements, writing proposals, and closing deals. You do not need to code, but you should understand technology well enough to scope projects, speak the client's language, and explain what we build and why it matters. This is a client-facing role for someone confident, well-spoken, and genuinely interested in technology and solving business problems. Key Responsibilities Client meetings & pre-sales Lead client meetings, discovery calls, and requirement-gathering sessions.Understand the client's business problem and translate it into a clear project scope.Present Codevibe's services, past work, and approach convincingly.Run product demos and answer client questions with technical confidence. Proposals & documentation Write clear, professional proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs) - scope, timelines, and pricing.Prepare estimates and quotations in coordination with the tech team.Follow up on proposals, handle objections, and negotiate to close. Sales & pipeline management Manage the sales pipeline - track leads, follow-ups, and conversions in a CRM.Build and maintain strong client relationships before and after the sale.Coordinate a smooth handover from sales to the delivery team.Identify upsell and repeat-business opportunities. Must-Have Skills 1 to 3 years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales, business development, or account management (ideally in a software/IT services company).Excellent communication and presentation skills - written and spoken English.Ability to understand technical concepts (web, mobile, cloud, AI) and explain them simply.Experience writing proposals, quotations, or SOWs.Confidence in client meetings, calls, and negotiations.Well-organized, with strong follow-up and pipeline discipline. Good to Have (Strong Plus) Basic understanding of the software development process and modern tech stacks (React, Node.js, cloud).Experience with CRM tools and sales pipelines.Exposure to international clients (US / UK / UAE).A network or lead sources in the startup / SME space.Experience with digital channels - LinkedIn outreach, cold email, or inbound lead handling.
