Report directly to our US-based CEO. Lead a small team, with an accounting colleague already in place. Grow into leading the full India finance and administration function within 24 months. What You'll OwnFinance & Accounting India accounting oversight with day-to-day support from an existing team member. GST, TDS, PF, ESI compliance. Monthly close. US accounting coordination via QuickBooks. Financial reporting to the CEO. Compliance & Documents Ensure every document is current, approved, and audit-ready. Liaison with auditors and legal counsel. Administration Coimbatore office operations, vendor management, travel logistics, CEO visit support, and HR administrative coordination.
