Job Description: Lead Engineer Full Stack (.NET, Angular, Azure) Role Overview As a Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications across the full technology stack using C#, .NET, SQL Server, Angular, and Azure Cloud. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Solution Delivery Lead the design, development, deployment, and support of enterprise applications and services. Drive application stability and reliability by supporting production environments and resolving complex technical issues. Define and promote engineering standards, coding practices, and architectural guidelines. Conduct code reviews and ensure software quality, security, performance, and maintainability. Partner with Product, Infrastructure, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. Support disaster recovery, monitoring, and operational readiness activities. Full-Stack Development Design and develop scalable APIs and microservices using C# and .NET. Build responsive and user-friendly web applications using Angular. Develop self-service capabilities that enable users to onboard, configure, and manage services independently. Design and maintain secure API integrations and gateway solutions. Support multi-tenant application capabilities and customer onboarding workflows. Leverage Azure services including App Services, Functions, Azure SQL, Storage, and DevOps pipelines. Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, monitoring, and deployment automation. Contribute to Agile development practices and continuous delivery initiatives. Apply ITAD and reverse logistics business knowledge to deliver practical and scalable technology solutions. Qualifications Required Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5-8 years of software engineering experience with enterprise applications. 8 years' experience highly preferred. Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET, SQL Server, Angular, and Azure Cloud. Experience designing, developing, and supporting large-scale enterprise applications. Strong understanding of application architecture, API development, and cloud-based solutions. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices. Knowledge of JIRA/Confluence and Agile development methodologies. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Experience building self-service platforms and multi-tenant applications. Familiarity with API management and gateway technologies. Knowledge of IT Asset Disposition (ITAD), reverse logistics, or supply chain platforms. Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.
Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
