Here, you will feel welcomed, respected, and valued as an important contributor to our diverse team Role Objectives: Lead the Bengaluru GCM Scientific Communications content capability across Critical Literature Review, Publication Operations, and Medical Communications and Congress Content Factory Integration Translate approved Global Medical and Scientific Communications priorities into coordinated workplans, capacity requirements and delivery standards across the three workstreams Ensure high-quality, timely and reuse-led delivery while accountable Global teams retain scientific strategy, content direction and final approval Key Responsibilities: Capability & Team Leadership Lead and develop individual contributors across Critical Literature Review, Publication Operations and Content Factory Integration Manage priorities, capacity, workload balance, service expectations and performance across the Scientific Communications content portfolio Build team capability through role-based training, coaching, standardized processes and clear escalation pathways Ensure literature, publication and content-production workstreams operate as an integrated delivery model Scientific Content & Publication Operations Oversee structured literature reviews, including search execution, critical appraisal, evidence summaries, source documentation and traceability Oversee publication operations, including press-release coordination, publication timelines, review cycles, approvals and cross-functional dependencies Ensure literature insights and approved evidence are appropriately incorporated into Medical Communications and Congress content workflows Escalate scientific interpretation, publication strategy, messaging and content-approval decisions to accountable Global owners Content Factory Integration, Reuse & Performance Oversee the enterprise intake and coordination model for Medical Communications and Congress content requests Ensure the Integration Leads manage the direct Content Factory relationship, including brief development, delivery coordination, questions, revisions and workflow tracking Promote a global-first content model by identifying reuse opportunities, challenging unnecessary duplication and supporting valid local adaptation Monitor request volumes, backlog, reuse, on-time delivery, rework, quality and stakeholder satisfaction Drive continuous improvement across intake, literature review, publication coordination Qualifications: Experience: More than 9- 12 years of related experience; more than 6 years in the biopharmaceutical industry; more than 6 years in Scientific Communications, Medical Communications, publications, literature review or content operations; experience leading teams or senior individual contributors preferred Technical skills: Strong knowledge of literature review, publication operations and Medical-content development workflows Experience with modular content, global-to-local reuse, production briefs and external content partners Strong people leadership, prioritization, stakeholder management and escalation capabilities Education: A Medical, scientific, pharmacy, life sciences, public health, Medical communications, business operations or related degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred Languages: Fluent English required; additional languages advantageous BENEFITS: It is our priority to provide competitive compensation and a benefit package that bridges your personal life with your professional career.
