Job Description: We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our print and online advertising sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, approaching prospective advertisers, building client relationships, and selling advertising opportunities across our niche B2B magazines and online platforms. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach prospective advertisers and business clients through calls, emails, meetings, and networking.Sell advertising space and promotional opportunities across print magazines and online platforms.Identify key decision-makers responsible for advertising and marketing budgets.Explain publication reach, readership profile, advertising benefits, and available media packages to prospective clients.Generate new leads and consistently follow up with prospects to convert opportunities into business.Prepare and share advertising proposals, rate cards, and customized packages with clients.Negotiate commercials and close advertising deals in coordination with the sales manager.Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and renewals.Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, client interactions, and sales status.Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.Attend relevant trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and industry events for lead generation and client meetings.Skills & Requirements: 13 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising sales, or media sales.Experience in B2B magazines, publishing, media, exhibitions, or advertising will be preferred.Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Excellent telephone etiquette with confidence in cold calling and client follow-ups.Good negotiation and persuasive selling skills.Target-oriented and comfortable working with monthly sales goals.Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.Basic knowledge of MS Office, email communication, and maintaining sales records.Candidates must be based in Delhi/NCR.Working Days: Monday to Friday; second Saturday off. Other Saturdays work from home.
