Job description: We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support the daily operations of our jewellery business. The candidate will primarily work with Microsoft Excel, web-based software, inventory records, order data, and internal reports. The ideal candidate should have good computer knowledge, robust attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate and confidential business records. Key Responsibilities - Enter and update jewellery product, stock, order, customer, and sales data. - Maintain daily records using Microsoft Excel and company web software. - Prepare stock, sales, purchase, order, and pending-work reports. - Update product details such as item code, weight, purity, quantity, rate, category, and status. - Check data for accuracy and correct errors or missing information. - Coordinate with the sales, accounts, inventory, production, and dispatch teams. - Track customer orders, repairs, approvals, deliveries, and pending tasks. - Generate invoices, delivery notes, stock statements, and other documents as required. - Maintain digital files, reports, and supporting documents in an organised manner. - Assist with stock reconciliation and physical inventory verification. - Handle confidential company and customer information carefully. - Complete assigned back-office and administrative work within deadlines. Required Skills - Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including: - Data entry and formatting - Sorting and filtering - Basic formulas - VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP - Pivot tables - Preparing reports - Comfortable using web-based ERP, inventory, billing, or jewellery management software. - Good typing speed with accuracy. - Basic knowledge of email, internet browsing, PDF files, and document management. - Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy. - Good communication and coordination skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. - Basic understanding of jewellery products, weight, pur .
