Address customer queries and ensure high service standards throughout the sales cycle. Maintain proper documentation of contracts, purchase orders, and sales-related records. Required Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, IT, or related discipline. 35 years of experience in Sales Support / Inside Sales / Presales Coordination within an IT Infrastructure company.
