Role Description We are looking for engaging trainers based in West Bengal to deliver Maxmes human skills development programs across educational institutions or corporate settings. The ideal candidate will have strong facilitation skills, a passion for youth development, and a commitment to continuous learning through Maxmes unique learning journey. Location: India (Remote/On-site, depending on client engagements) Employment Type: Freelancer Key Responsibilities: Facilitate Maxme training sessions using our platform, tools, and content in alignment with the Maxme methodology.Deliver high-quality and engaging workshops.Support learners through reflective exercises, group activities, and coaching conversations.Collaborate with the Maxme team to adapt delivery based on audience needs and feedback.Maintain accurate records of session attendance, learner engagement, and outcomes.Provide feedback to the content and tech teams to continuously improve program impact.Keep up-to-date with new training materials, content updates, and delivery methods introduced by Maxme. About You: A genuine commitment to developing human skills and inspiring others to unlock their full potential through transformative training.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable managing group dynamics.Experience working with Indian colleges, schools, or skilling programs.Strong command of English and fluency in Bengali and Hindi.Tech-savvy with experience using online learning platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams etc.).An MBA or B.Ed is preferred, along with certifications in soft skills or leadership. However, equal importance is given to passion, relevant experience, and alignment with the values and purpose of the role.
