Job Description: Key Responsibilities 1. Business Development & Client Engagement Conduct regular site visits to new, dormant, and existing customers to generate business opportunities. Identify potential clients and expand market reach. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers. Act as a key point of contact for client queries and requirements. 2. Sales Execution & Follow-ups Handle quotation preparation and ensure timely submission to clients. Follow up on quotations and payments through calls and in-person visits. Maintain and update all sales activities and client interactions in CRM (SFDC). Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure. 3. Technical Sales & Solutioning Gain in-depth understanding of the companys products, features, and applications. Analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions. Work closely with technical teams to design customized solutions. Support pre-sales activities, including technical discussions, proposals, and RFP responses. 4. Product Demonstration & Customer Support Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical workshops. Provide technical guidance to customers during the decision-making process. Develop and present proof-of-concept solutions to customers where required. 5. Documentation & Reporting Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis. Maintain updated records of product details, pricing, and proposals. Assist in creating technical and marketing materials. 6. Cross-functional Collaboration Coordinate with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams. Support internal teams by providing product knowledge and insights. Ensure seamless execution of customer requirements across departments. Key Skills & Competencies Strong sales and business development skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good technical understanding and analytical ability Problem-solving and decision-making capability Proficiency in CRM tools (SFDC preferred) Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities .
