Knowledge: Strong understanding of pharmaceutical plant engineering, including dosage forms and formulation facility requirements.Knowledge of domestic and export sales lifecycle, including inquiry handling, estimation, proposal submission, order conversion, and payment follow-up.Familiarity with HVAC systems, cleanroom design, utilities, piping, production equipment, and electrical systems used in pharma projects.Knowledge of FEED (Front-End Engineering Design) coordination and technical proposal preparation.Understanding of high-value project sales, including commercial structuring, contract terms, and execution alignment.Awareness of customer lifecycle management, including pre-sales, execution coordination, and post-sales engagement.Knowledge of market dynamics, pricing strategies, and competition in pharmaceutical engineering projects.
